摘要
从东北地区所采集的827份样品中分离鉴定出3属15种捕食线虫真菌,包括节丛孢属(Arthrobot-rys),小掘氏孢属(Drechslerella)和小隔指孢属(Dactylellina)。其中优势种为:少孢节丛孢A.oligospora(13.18%);指状小掘氏孢Dr.dactyloides(4.35%)和椭圆小隔指孢Da.ellipsosporum(3.26%)。对盐碱地中的捕食线虫真菌的调查发现,捕食线虫真菌的种类和数量都随着盐渍化程度的增加而呈减少的趋势,在农田土壤中由于人为干扰的原因捕食线虫真菌的种类也很少。
Fifteen species of nematode-trapping fungi,which belonged to three genera(Arthrobotrys,Drechslerella and Dactylellina),were isolated and identified from 827 samples collected from Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning Provinces.The dominant species are A.oligospora,Dr.dactyloides and Da.Ellipsosporum,accounting for 13.18%,4.35% and 3.26% respectively.A survey on nematode-trapping fungi in saline-alkali soil showed that the species and quantity of nematode-trapping fungi presented a downward trend with increasing salinity,and there were a few species of nematode-trapping fungi in the farmland due to human interference.
