本文是基于NAPA软件平台，对自升式钻井平台的完整稳性计算的方法进行研究，并还介绍了自升式钻井平台完整稳性计算的规范。旨在理解和掌握自升式平台稳性规范和完整稳性计算的方法，提高海洋工程产品的设计能力。

There are many differences in the approach to the calculation of the stability between Jack-up and conventional Ship. The intact stability calculation approach for Jack-up drilling units based on NAPA software is researched in the paper. Corresponding rules and regulations are also given. The research provides designer with a good reference and the enhancement of the design ability of offshore engineering.
