摘要 水力旋流器是一种利用油水两相液体之间的密度差,通过离心力的作用将分散相从连续相中分离出来的设备,水力旋流器的入口进料流量和差压比(PDR)是影响旋流器分离效率的主要可控参数,因此合理控制操作参数是提高水力旋流器分级效率的关键。针对QK17-2污水处理平台水力旋流器在现场应用过程中出现对关键参数调节不准确、不及时,导致水力旋流器处理效果较差,生产能力无法满足要求等问题,对原有控制方案存在的不足进行分析,重新设计一套自动控制方案,并在平台上使用取得了较好的效果。 Hydrocyclone is a kind of equipment which can separate the dispersed phase from continuous phase through centrifugal force by taking advantage of density difference between oil and water. The inlet flow and pressure difference ratio (PDR) are the main controllable parameters and have big influence on the efficiency of hydrocyclone. Therefore, it is important to keep operating parameters in control in order to enhance the separate efficiency reasonably. Aiming at solving the problems of hydrocyclone in application, when parameters can not be controlled accurately and promptly, it would lead to a bad operating performance of hydrocyclone on QK17-2 oily water treatment platform. The author analyzes the disadvantages of original control scheme and redesigns a new control scheme. The new scheme has a good effect after being adopted by platform.
