摘要 随着海洋工程逐步往深海领域进军,固定式平台的导管架对于水深很敏感;另外,随着浮式系统不断取代固定式平台,重量问题会日趋凸显。该文以定员为120人的深水固定式平台生活楼为框架,合理运用舾装设备材料,来控制生活楼的重量。由减轻生活楼舾装重量,进而减轻平台总重量,从而降低支撑结构的重量,减少安装难度和费用,并提高平台结构在海上运行时的整体安全系数。 Adapted to the trend of going to the deep sea fields in marine engineering development, jacket platform goes beyond 200 meters in tallness, and floating system will continue to replace the fixed platform. The weight problem is becoming increasingly prominent and the difficulty in the weight control of topside becomes bottleneck for deep water development. Taking a 120 people living quarter as an example, the use of relatively new outfitting equipment & materials is discussed to reduce its weight. The rate of weight reduction is defined after comparing the new materials with traditional materials. Because of the deduction of outfitting weight, the structural weight of living quarter is reduced, which is a big advantage of offshore platform installation and operation.
