氟硅橡胶在潜油电泵密封中的应用

The Application of Silicone Rubber in the Sealing of Electrical Submersible Pump Units

作者主要通过对油田井下环境、不同橡胶材质的分析以及大量模拟试验工作的描述，阐述了在石油机采行业中应用氟硅橡胶替代全氟橡胶的可行性和优越性。创造性地使用氟硅橡胶作为新型密封材料，不但达到了提升潜油电泵机组密封材料性能的目的，同时也直接提高了产品的质量及使用寿命，并降低了产品的制造成本。

Instead of perfluoro rubber, fluorine silicone rubber can be applied in oil artificial lift industry, especially in underground environment of oil well. The feasibility and superiority of such a replacement is argued in this paper. Different rubber materials are analyzed and a lot of simulation tests are performed. As a new sealing material, fluorine silicone rubber improves the quality of sealing products in electrical submersible pump significantly, as well as extends the service life and reduces manufacturing costs of the products.
