海管新技术新思路在边际油气田开发中的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 我国近海区域有许多规模较小的边际油气田,仅渤海已发现的湾储量在1500万方以下的小油(气)构造超过50个,原油总储量超过4亿多方。由于采用常规方法,开发成本较高,油田效益比较差,很多油田都没有能够得到开发。要使这些边际油气田得到有效开发就离不开新思路、新技术的应用。从海底管线的角度出发,阐述了降低海管成本促进边际油气田开发的新思路、新技术。对钢管国产化、单层保温管的应用、浅海复合软管以及集柬管的应用、托管法在边际油田的应用等作了详细的分析,这对今后边际油气田的开发有一定的指导借鉴作用。 There are many offshore marginal oil fields in china. More than 50 hydrocarbon-bearing structures, whose reserves are less than 15 million cubic meters, have been discovered in Bohai Bay, and total oil reserves are more than 400 million cubic meters. Due to high costs for developing the oil fields with the use of conventional methods, many marginal oil fields can not be developed efficiently. So new methods and ideas are needed to be used. This paper describes the methods which reduce the costs of subsea pipelines and promote marginal oilfields development. Pipelines domestication and single layer insulation pipelines, shallow water hybrid flexible pipe, pipeline bundle system, and two methods used in pipeline laying are described, which will provide some reference for marginal oil fields development in future.
