摘要
夹式快速接头结构突破了传统的公接头和母接头采用螺栓连接的局限,通过360°对称分布的卡块连接隔水管单根,使接头达到最快的装配速度,提高了整个接头的承载能力。针对夹式隔水管快速接头,结合数字样机设计技术,研究接头及其单根的详细结构和功能特点,分析接头快速连接过程,开发夹式快速接头虚拟样机。
Clip-type rapid connectors are not subjected to the restriction on the conventional bolts connection and connect riser joints through 360° symmetrical distribution lugs, which can achieve the fastest assembling speed and enhance the bearing capacity of the connector. Based on digital mock-up design technology, detailed structure and function characteristics of the Clip connector and the joint as well as the fast connection process are studied. The virtual digital prototyping of the Clip connector is developed successfully.
