摘要
在深水天然气田开发中,从乙二醇系统的结垢和腐蚀机理出发,提出采用乙二醇预处理系统、添加化学药剂、乙二醇再生脱盐系统等优化工艺系统设计和操作的解决方法,从而提高工艺系统设备的可靠性。
Hydrate prevention is one of the key techniques in deep water gas field development. MEG (Mono-Ethylene Glycol) system is served for the hydrate prevention. Scaling and corrosion are important factors influenced the availability of MEG system. Mechansm of scaling and corrosion is explored in this article. Optimization of MEG system design and operation is recommended to improve the reliability of the equipment.
