Investigation on Production, Purification and Liquefaction Process Systems of Natural Gas on Offshore Floating Unit

从生产和安全的角度考虑，天然气的生产、净化和液化系统，都是浮式液化天然气／石油气（FLNG／FLPG）装置上的最重要的系统之一；其内含的易燃易爆流体一旦泄漏，后果不堪设想。因此，该工艺系统设计的优劣，不论是对生产还是对安全，都起着相当关键的作用。该文主要从安全和功能要求的角度，对模块布置设计、生产、净化和液化工艺及设备的选型原则和注意事项，进行了探讨和分析。给出了FLNG／FLPG装置的天然气生产、净化和液化系统安全设计的基本原则。

From the point of view on production safety, the systems of natural gas production, purification and liquefaction is one of the most important systems on the offshore floating unit （FLNG / FLPG unit）. The consequences would be disastrous once the flammable and explosive fluid in the system leaks. Therefore, the quality of the production process design plays an important role for both gas production and production safety. In this paper, the principles and considerations on the layout design of the process module, production, purification and liquefaction process, and equipment selection aspects are discussed and analyzed from the points of view on the safety of design and the functional requirements of the process system. Then, the basic principles of design security on the production, purification and liquefaction systems of natural gas on the FLNG/FLPG unit are given.
