月东油田A人工岛开发工程中的创新优化措施

摘要 月东油田位于渤海辽东湾北端的浅海地区,由A、B、C、D四座人工岛组成,各岛之间相距约1~2Km,采用半海半陆式地面工程开发方案。A人工岛由于已有一座砂石结构的岛体存在,因此总体开发进度安排A岛先期开发投产。由于原有岛体面积不足需进行扩建,此外还存在工艺适用性要求高、施工难度大、钻井施工投产交叉运行等特点难点,工程开发建设中采纳了不同的优化措施以满足生产技术、工程进度等各方的不同需求。 Yuedong oilfield is situated on northern offshore area in Liaodong Bay of Bohai Sea, and it is composed of four artificial islands,engineering codes are named as A,B,C,D respectively. Each island is 1-2km away from others, and all those islands will be exploited with the semi-offshore and semi-onshore mode. According to the overview development plan, artificial island A should be exploited first ,because there already is an existing island which is constituted with sand and gravel. Since the area of the existing island can not meet the need completely, it has to be expanded. This project should meet multi-applications reguirements, as well as has lots of difficulties in construction, and in crossing operation amony drilling,construction and production. In the construction process, various optimizatiom methods are adopted, in order to meet the schedule requirement of productiom and construction, and some other requirements.
