摘要
针对海上平台应急柴油发电机组成橇,系统论述了如何满足运行、吊装、安装的设计要求,达到安全、紧凑、经济的目的。阐述了成橇设计的内容;对公共底座、吊装、接地、连接、隔振、螺栓、成橇布置、典型安装型式、发动机和发电机的联结设计提出技术要求;提出了机组底座、地脚螺栓、吊耳的设计分析方法;对联轴器、隔振器(减震器)给出选型设计步骤;最后对海上平台应急柴油发电机组的橇块吊装、安装提出具体要求。
This paper aims at the packaging of offshore-platform emergency diesel engine generating set, and expounds how to make designing comply with requirements in operation, hoisting and installation, and with the objective of safe, compacting and economic at the same time. To sum up, this paper makes detail explanation for four aspects: The first one is to describe the content of package design and to propose the technical requirements for the skid base, hoisting, grounding, connecting and isolation, bolt, laying out of package, typical installation pattern, and combination design of engine and generator. The second aspect is to specify the methods of designing and analyzing of the skid base, skid bolts, lifting lugs. The third part is to list the process of selecting the coupling and absorbers. The last one isto summarize the specific requirements for the hoisting and installation for the offshore-platform emergency diesel engine generating set.
