基于ANSYS的海洋吊机扒杆建造精度控制

摘要 在海洋吊机主吊机的建造过程中,对三个关键工艺步骤进行ANSYS有限元分析,结果减少了返工量,提高了可靠性,保证了各部件组装精度满足技术要求,从而保证了整个扒杆的建造质量。 Boom is a major component of the marine crane, has truss structure commonly, and adopts high-strength structural steel to reduce the structural weight and to improve the reliability. To reduce the work, which should be done again, and to improve the acceptance ratio, the accuracy of the construction is needed to be improved. ANSYS is used,on the key steps in the construction process, to ensure that the assembly accuracy meets the technical requirements. Therefore the quality control of the whole boom can be assured.
