摘要 以1830m超深水井为研究对象,进行钻井隔水管系统详细配置,建立隔水管系统有限元分析模型,校核隔水管系统的静强度、动强度和不同悬挂模式的安全性,计算隔水管系统波致和涡激疲劳损伤。结果表明,隔水管系统最大应力发生在隔水管与伸缩节连接处,隔水管系统静态和动态强度满足要求,软悬挂相对于硬悬挂具有更大的可靠性,隔水管系统波致和涡激疲劳损伤较小,疲劳寿命安全余量较大。 With respect to 1830m ultra deepwater wells, the drilling riser system configuration is proposed. A finite element model for the riser system is established to check the static and dynamic strength of the riser system, to assess the safety under different hand-off modes, as well as to calculate wave-loading and vortex-induced fatigue damage of the riser system. The results show that the maximum stress of the riser system is located at the connection between the riser and telescopic joint. The static and dynamic strength meets the requirements, and soft hand-off has better reliability, compared with hard hand-off. The wave-loading and vortex-induced fatigue damage of the riser system are small, and that is associated with a good safety margin of fatigue life.
