摘要
对管线清管过程中存在的各种风险进行了研究分析，阐述了每种风险引起的后果，并针对风险提出了相应的对策，保证海底管线清管的安全实施。最后，以一混输管线的清管作业为例，说明了清管风险分析在清管安全实施中的作用。
Pigging of the subsea pipeline is very important to the management of pipeline integrity. Pipeline pigging can clean the deposits and pollutants, enhance the transportation efficiency and reduce corrosion. A variety of risks and security issues of the subsea flowlines is analyzed in this paper. Puts forward relevant measures to accomplish pigging operation safely and to make prepartions for latter internal inspection.
