浅水区海底管道应急抢修预案建立的思考

Consideration of Establishing Emergency Repairing Preplan for Subsea Pipeline in Neritic Areas

近年，特别是在浅水区，海底油气管道发生泄漏事故时有发生。该文提出了海底管道应急抢修预案建立的思路，及当前常用的浅水区海底管道应急抢修措施，期望对海洋油气田安全运营提供支持。

Leaking accidents in subsea oil ＆ gas pipelines often take place, especially in the neritic areas. The consideration of establishment of the preplan on subsea pipelines emergency repairing is put forward and the current regular emergency repairing measures are also analyzed in this paper. It is expected to offer some suggestions about the safe management of oceanic oil fields.
