摘要
涠洲6-9/6—10平台设有冷放空系统,冷放空量较大,且冷放空气体中可燃气体含量高,达到了93.6%。并且平台上设有井架结构,因此有必要对平台甲板及井架结构周围的可燃气体浓度进行研究,保障平台安全。针对涠洲6-9/6-1O平台建立模型,并利用FLUENT软件对平台冷放空泄放气体扩散过程进行了数值模拟研究。在泄放口朝下、朝上以及朝向平台外侧三种情况下,对涠洲6-9/6-1O冷放空管的设计安全性进行了验证,将数值模拟结果与规范中的推荐值作了比较,并依据计算结果对冷放空管的设计提出了建议。
The vent system on WZ6-9/6-10 Offshore Platform has large discharge capacity and the content of flammable gas in the discharged gas is as high as 93.ou/o. L[~.e w_. ,-- diffusion of flammable gas. It is essential to ensure that disposal can be accomplished without creating a potential hazard and safety problem. To study the potential hazards that results from atmospheric discharge of hydrocarbons, a model is founded according to the dimensions of WZ6-9/6-10 platform, and the numerical simulation on diffusion of flammable mixtures is carried out using FLUENT software. The safety of the discharge system on WZ6-9/6-10 platform is verified and some proposals about the design of discharge system are also made in this paper.
