摘要
质量关系到组织的生存与发展。以质量控制为议题，结合ISO9001以及工程项目质量的特点，借鉴日美项目质量管理成功的模式，论述了在项目设计、采办、建造各阶段，开展事前、事中、事后的质量控制过程中应掌握的要点。
Quality affects organization＇s existing and development. The topic of quality control ,guided by ISO9001 and ISO10006, and the quality characteristics of engineering project are involved, as well as Japan-US successful project quality management model is refered to in this article. For engineering project design and the procurement in construction phase, the gist of quality control is demonstrated respectively at the stages before, during, and after project performance.
