膀胱过度活动症的治疗进展

Systematic review of treatment of overactive bladder

膀胱过度活动症是一种以尿急症状为特征的症候群,常伴有尿频和夜尿症状,可伴或不伴有急迫性尿失禁。其诊断主要依靠其症状表现以及排除其他疾病。诊断明确后,选择有效快速的治疗方式,尽快缓解或消除患者的疾苦是临床门诊医师的主要任务。目前,其治疗主要包括了行为治疗、药物治疗、神经调节治疗等。该文以PUBMED上发表的论文为数据,对膀胱过度活动症治疗的新进展进行了综述。

Overactive bladder（OAB） is defined as a syndrome which represented by characteristic urgency,usually with frequency and nocturia,and with or without urge urinary incontinence.The diagnosis mainly depended on these presentations after precluding other diseases.To find out a volant and effective treatment method and to release or eliminate the hardship of the patients were the main responsibilities for clinical urologist.Nowadays,the main treatment methods included behavior therapy,pharmacotherapy and neuroregulation therapy.We reviewed these progressions on the treatment of OAB based on the PUBMED data.
