艾滋病合并肺结核临床分析

Clinical analysis for acquired immune deficiency syndrome complicated by pneumonophthisis

目的探讨艾滋病合并肺结核的临床特点,以提高诊断和治疗水平。方法对30例艾滋病合并肺结核患者及30例单纯肺结核患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果艾滋病合并肺结核的患者较单纯肺结核患者临床症状重,病情复杂,进展快,PPD试验阳性率低,排菌率高,X线表现不典型,联合治疗药物副作用较大。结论对有可疑HIV高危行为的肺结核患者,尤其是中青年患者常规做HIV检测,早发现,早治疗,预防和控制艾滋病和结核病的流行。

【Objective】To investigate clinical characteristics of acquired immune deficiency syndrome compli-cated by pneumonophthisis,to improve the level of the diagnosis and therapy.【Method】The clinical data of 30 cases of acquired immune deficiency syndrome complicated by pneumonophthisis and 30 cases simple pneu-monophthisis was analyzed retrospectively【.Results】The clinical symptom of the patients of acquired immune deficiency syndrome complicated by pneumonophthisis is severer than the one of the patients of simple pneumonophthisis;pathogenetic condition is more complicated,progress more quickly;the rate of positive of PPD is lower;the level of discharge of the bacteria is higher;the display of x-ray is not typical;the side effects of drug combination is more heavier.【Conclusion】 The patients of pneumonophthisis with the high risk of acquired immune deficiency syndrome,especially the middle-aged and the young should make the detection of HIV conventionally,to be discovered earlier,to be treated earlier,to prevent and control the prevalence of the acquired immune deficiency syndrome and pneumonophthisis.
