纤维和引气剂对现代水泥基材料抗渗性的影响 被引量:20

Effect of fibers and air-entraining agent on the impermeability of modern cement-based materials

摘要 研究了聚乙烯醇纤维(PVAF)、聚丙烯纤维(PPF)、玄武岩纤维(BF)和不同掺量引气剂对现代水泥基材料抗渗性的影响.通过抗渗试验和压汞试验(MIP)对水泥基材料的抗渗性和孔结构进行测试,分析了纤维和不同掺量引气剂掺入后水泥基材料孔结构的改变,孔结构的改变影响了水泥基材料的抗渗性.实验结果表明:掺入PVAF可以提高水泥基材料的抗渗性,而PPF和BF对水泥基材料的抗渗能力有负面效应;掺入适量引气剂后因孔结构的改善也会显著提高水泥基复合材料的抗渗能力. The effects of polyvinyl alcohol fibers(PVAF),polypropylene fibers(PPF),basalt fibers(BF) and air-entraining agents on the impermeability of modern cement-based materials are studied.Impermeability test and mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP) methods were used to characterize the impermeability and pore structures.The changes of pore structures of cement-based materials due to the addition of fibers and air-entraining agent are analyzed.The changes of pore structure changed the impermeability of cement-based materials.The results show that the added of PVAF improves the impermeability properties of the cement-based composites,while PPF and BF exhibit negative effects.In addition,owing to the improvement of pore structure,the impermeability performance of the cement-based composites is noticeably enhanced when an air-entraining agent is added in an appropriate quantity.
