内插式太阳能真空管空气集热器实验研究 被引量:18

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THERMAL PERFORMANCE OF EVACUATED TUBULAR SOLAR AIR COLLECTOR WITH INSERTED TUBES

摘要 通过实验对一种新型的内插式真空管空气集热器不同季节工况下的集热特性进行了测试分析,同时研究了南北朝向下集热器安装倾斜角在0°~90°范围内变化对其性能的影响,通过实验得到了空气集热器单管时间常数研究发现不同季节工况稳定工作阶段,该空气集热器以轮廓采光面积为基准的平均集热效率约为50%,在0°~60°范围内改变安装倾角对集热器效率影响不大。90°倾角下集热效率有所下降,平均在40%~50%之间。 Experlmental study was carried out on evacuated tubular air collector with inserted tubes in order to analyze its thermal performance under different season conditions. Meanwhile the effect of installation angle on the operating performance of the air collector was studied. It was found that under different season conditions the efficiency is around 50%. The air collector can also achieve good performance at 0° - 60° gradient under S-N orientation. The efficiency is reduced to 40% - 50% when the installation angle is 90°.
