Beyond冷光美白技术漂白着色牙的临床疗效观察

Clinical survey of Beyond cold light whitening on bleaching discolored teeth

目的评价Beyond冷光美白技术对着色牙的临床治疗效果。方法对49例四环素牙、氟斑牙、增龄性黄牙进行冷光美白治疗,用VITA比色板评价牙齿颜色变化程度,并观察牙齿过敏情况。结果增龄性黄牙、氟斑牙疗效优于四环素牙(P<0.05),有效率分别为100%、100%、81%,轻度四环素牙的疗效好于中、重度四环素牙(P<0.05),5例患者(10.2%)出现轻度牙齿酸痛感。结论Beyond冷光美白对增龄性黄牙、氟斑牙及轻度四环素牙具有较好的漂白效果,且安全、快速。

【Objective】TO evaluate the effects and safety of Beyond cold light whitening kit on bleaching discolored teeth.【Methods】Forty-nine subjects with discolored teeth （21 patients with tetracycline stained teeth, 10 with dental fluorosis and 18 with pigmentation teeth with ages） were bleached with Beyond cold light whitening kit. The change of teeth color was evaluated by VITA shade guide matching. The sensitivity of teeth was also recorded.【Results】The effective rates for dental fluorosis （100%） and pigmentation teeth with ages （100%） were significantly higher than that for tetracycline stained teeth （81 %, P 0.05）. The efficacy for light tetracycline stained teeth was superior to that for the medium and heavy tetracycline stained teeth （P 0.05）, 5 of 49 patients （10.2 %） had slight tooth aches. 【Conclusions】Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit is proved to be an effective, safe and quick method for discolored teeth bleaching.
