不同方式低氧对大鼠离体主动脉环内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较不同方式低氧对大鼠离体主动脉血管环舒张功能的影响。方法3组雄性Wistar大鼠,分别经正常氧、慢性低氧及间断低氧30d,取大鼠胸主动脉血管环,测定其对不同浓度(10-8mol/L~10-5mol/L)乙酰胆碱(Ach)的舒张反应。结果与常氧对照组比较,持续低氧组血管环对低浓度Ach(10-8、10-8×3mol/L)的舒张反应有所下降(P<0.05),而间断低氧组血管环对多数浓度Ach(10-8、10-8×3、10-7、10-7×3、10-6mol/L)的舒张反应较常氧对照组和持续低氧组均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论间断低氧易导致大鼠主动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张(EDVR)功能受损。 【Objective】To study the influence of different ways of ventilation on endothelium dependent vasodilation function in rats. 【Methods】Male wistar rats were divided into three groups: control group (n =8, breathing air), chronic hypoxia group (n =8, breathing 10%O2 for 8 hours/day) and intermittent hypoxia group (n =8, breathing 10%O2 and air altered per 90 second for 8 hours/day). 30 days later, thoracic aortas were removed and cut into ring segments about 3 mm long, then the accumulating dose response to the endothelium dependent vasodilator to Ach were examined.【Results】The relaxation of aortas induced by Ach were reduced in sustained hypoxia group and intermittent hypoxia group compared with those in air group (P 0.05). But there are more doses of Ach in intermittent hypoxia group than those in sustained hypoxia group could induce these difference (10-8、10-8×3, 10-7, 10-7×3, 10-6 mol/L in I group vs 10-8, 10-8×3 mol/L in S group, P 0.05 or P 0.01).【Conclusions】Chronic intermittent hypoxia can easily cause dysfunction of endothelium dependent vascular relaxation.
