摘要 异相形核是促使蛋白质结晶最常见的途径,该途径可以降低形核势垒,比均质形核更容易实现蛋白质结晶。随着结构生物学对蛋白质结构解析需求的迅速增长,目前异相形核已经成为蛋白质结晶方法学研究领域中的热点。综述了利用材料界面诱导蛋白质晶体异相形核的研究进展,并探讨了其发展前景。 Heterogeneous nucleation is a well-known method to lower the energy harrier of nucleation, which makes it easier to achieve crystallization than homogeneous nucleation. With the increasing need for protein structure analysis, this method has become a hot issue in the field of protein crystallographers. The progresses that have been made by using this method are reviewed, and the future prospect of this method is discussed.
