摘要
从炭黑微观结构和形态出发,综述了6种非离子表面活性剂在炭黑水性体系中的吸附性能。聚醚型表面活性剂在炭黑/水界面上的吸附等温曲线都符合Langmuir型,而癸基甲基亚砜在炭黑/水界面上的吸附等温曲线呈双平台型。展望了制备稳定炭黑水性分散体系的发展方向。
Based on the mierostructure and morphology of carbon black, the adsorption properties of six kinds of non-ionic surfactants on carbon black in aqueous solution are reviewed. The adsorption isotherms for all of the polyether surfaetants show Langmuir type with a saturation plateau, while the adsorption isotherms of decylmethylsulfoxide show typical two plateaus(LS) type at aqueous solution/carbon black interface. Moreover, the development trend of preparation of stable waterborne dispersions of carbon black is presented.
