摘要
传统药用高分子材料如纤维素醚类衍生物、丙烯酸树脂类及聚乙烯吡咯烷酮类等具有良好的膨胀性、溶蚀性和渗透性等。当其受到外界信号刺激时,高分子材料的结构和性质随之发生变化,从而控制药物的脉冲释放。概述了传统药用高分子材料在脉冲式药系统中的应用研究,探讨了新型高分子材料的发展方向。
The traditional medicinal polymers such as cellulose, acrylic resins and polyvinylpyrrolidone are ones of the good expansion, corrosion resistance and penetration etc. According to these properties and characteristics for medicine, the structure and properties of the material are changed when it is stimulated by external signals, as to control the release of drug pulse. The application and research in different traditional medicinal polymers are outlined and the development of new polymer materials is investigated.
