摘要 探索了水溶性镉硒化锌(ZnxCd1-xSe)荧光量子点溶液对血手印的显现方法。以巯基丙酸(MPA)为修饰剂合成了水溶性荧光量子点ZnxCd1-xSe溶液,并用此溶液对血手印进行了显现。结果良好地显出锡纸、瓷砖、铝合金、黑塑料、透明胶带、玻璃上的血手印;对原血,浓度为50%、20%、10%、5%、1%的血手印,以及放置1天、3天、7天、15天、30天的血手印亦有良好显现。水溶性荧光量子点ZnxCd1-xSe溶液显现出的指纹纹线流畅、细节特征明显,具有很高的实用和鉴定价值。 To develop bloody fingerprint with water-soluble fluorescent ZnxCd1-x Se quantum dots, water-soluble fluorescent ZnxCd1-xSe quantum dots(QDs) synthesized by mercaptopropionic acid(MPA) as modifier are used to develop bloody fingerprint. The bloody fingerprints with different concentrations (original blood, 50%, 20%, 10%, 5% and 1%) and periods(1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 15 days and 30 days) on different object, such as foil,ceramic tile, aluminum, black plastic, transparent tape and glass can clearly be developed. Water-soluble fluorescent ZnxCd1-xSe quantum dots are an effective reagent for developing latent bloody fingerprints with more details, and the development method has excellent effect for identification.
