摘要
以苯胺为单体、油酸为掺杂酸、过硫酸铵为氧化剂,通过软模板聚合法制备了油酸掺杂聚苯胺导电材料。利用扫描电镜观察发现,通过调节苯胺与油酸的浓度可制备不同直径的聚苯胺微米棒,其直径约为200~390hm。利用红外分析对不同浓度比例下所得产物的化学结构进行表征发现,随着油酸掺量的增加,在2924cm^-1和2853cm^-1(vcH)处的吸收峰强度也增加。利用XRD分析了产物的晶型结构。此外,对产物的电导率、溶解性也进行了测试与评价。
Polyaniline(PAn) doped with oleic acid(OA) as the dopant are prepared by soft-template method in the presence of ammonium persulfate(APS) as the oxidant. It is found that PAn appeares as mierorods with 200-390nm in diameter through adjusting the molar concentration of OA. The chemical structure characterized by FT-IR technique shows that the absorption intensity at 2924cm-1 and 2853cm^-1 is increased with introducing more OA in the polymerization. The crystallinity is analyzed by XRD. The conductivity and solubility of PAn-OA are also measured.
