摘要
以苯乙双胍为客体药物分子,层状双金属氢氧化物为载体,采用结构重建法制备出苯乙双胍/层状双金属氢氧化物纳米杂化物,考察了制备条件对杂化物载药量的影响,用X射线衍射、红外光谱等测试手段对所得产物进行了表征,并研究了纳米杂化物中苯乙双胍的释放行为。
Phenformin-LDHs nano-hybrid materials are prepared by the structural remodeling method, with phenformin as the object of drug molecules, and layered double hydroxides as a carrier. The effect of the synthesis conditions on the drug loading of miscellaneous compounds is investigated. The products are characterized by XRD and FT-IR. And the release behavior of phenformin in the nano-hybrid materials is also studied.
