摘要
研究了马尾松KP浆基因重组木聚糖酶预处理工艺条件的选择及酶处理后浆料中糖组分的降解情况。结果表明,木聚糖酶预处理的最佳工艺条件为:pH值约为6.0;温度50℃;浆浓5%;处理时间2.5h;最佳酶用量为10IU/g。这说明该重组木聚糖酶能在偏中性环境下具有较好的酶学稳定性,适应于制浆造纸领域的生物漂白过程。利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对酶解液分析发现:酶解液中基本不含葡萄糖,说明在酶处理过程中纤维素并没有发生降解。
The optimum conditions for the genetic recombination xylanase pretreatment of the pinus massoniana kraft pulp as well as the sugar components in the degradation liquor were studied. The results indicate that the optimum conditions for the xylanase pretreatment are temperature 50℃, pH 6.0, pulp consistency 5%, enzyme dosage 10 IU/g, and reaction time 2.5 h. The optimum conditions revealed this kind of recombination xylanase has good en z y me stabilit y in a neut ral environment and is suitable for being a bio-bleaching agent. The analysis for the eff luent from xylanase pretreatment by HPLC indicate that there is no glucose found in the effluent, which reveales the cellulose is not degraded during the xylanase pretreatment.
