摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉严重狭窄患者血清单核细胞趋化因子1(MCP-1)浓度与冠状动脉侧支循环(CCC)形成、冠状动脉粥样硬化程度的关系。方法80例冠状动脉严重狭窄的患者,按照Rentrop分级方法CCC分级:0级26例,1级22例,2级18例,3级14例,采用酶联免疫法检测患者血清MCP-1浓度,并应用Gensini积分系统评价患者的冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度。结果①0级、1级冠状动脉侧支组患者的MCP-1血清水平(73.92±7.17)和(79.09±7.51)pg/mL,明显低于2、3级冠状动脉侧支组患者(114.44±8.35)和(123.68±9.75)pg/mL(P<0.05);②Spearman相关分析显示:CCC分级与MCP-1血清水平呈正相关(P<0.01)。③相关分析发现MCP-1血清浓度与Gensini积分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论在严重的冠心病患者中,CCC形成良好患者MCP-1血清浓度比CCC形成不良患者高;并且MCP-1血清浓度与CCC分级呈正相关;MCP-1血清浓度与冠状动脉粥样硬化程度密切相关。
【Objective】To investigate the relation between MCP-1 serum levels and coronary collateral circulation,the extent of coronary artery atherosclerosis.【Methods】80 patients with severe coronary stenosis were included.CCC degrees were divided into 4 degrees by Rentrop way.Serum concertrations of MCP-1 were measured by ELISA,and the extent of coronary artery atherosclerosis was evaluated by Gensini's score system.【Results】Serum MCP-1 level in patients with CCC 0,1 degree(73.92 ± 7.17,79.09±7.51 pg/mL)was decreased as compared with that in CCC 2,3 degree(114.44±8.35,123.68±9.75 pg/mL,P0.05).CCC degrees had a positive correlation with Serum levels of MCP-1(P0.01).Serum MCP-1 level was positively correlated with Gensini's score.【Conclusions】 In patients with severe coronary artery disease,Serum concertrations of MCP-1 were increased in patients with CCC2,3 degree as compared with CCC0,1 degree,and CCC degrees showed a significant positive correlation with Serum levels of MCP-1.Serum MCP-1 level showed a close relation with the extent of coronary artery atherosclerosis.
