环境因子对蕉斑镰刀菌32-6菌株分生孢子萌发的影响

Effect of environmental factors on conidial germination of Fusarium stoveri isolate 32-6

在实验室条件下,研究了温度、光照、pH及相对湿度对该菌株分生孢子萌发的影响。结果表明:分生孢子最佳萌发条件为28℃、pH 8.0;湿度是影响孢子萌发的主要制约因素,相对湿度为80%条件下孢子不能萌发,95%和100%时萌发率仅为23.4%和46.3%,在水滴中孢子萌发率达95.3%;光照对分生孢子萌发无明显影响。

The Fusarium stoveri isolate 32-6 was an important microbial control agent for alligator weed（Alternanthera philoxeroides）. In this study the environment factors for conidial germination of Fusarium stoveri isolate 32-6 under the controlled conditions were observed.The results indicated that the optimum conditions of conidial germination was 28℃,pH 8.0.Relative humidity （RH） was the main factor affecting the conidial germination.At RH 80%,no conidia germinated,and at RH 95%,RH 100% and in water drop,the conidial germination rate were 23.4%,46.3%and 95.3%,respectively.The results also indicated that the treatment with different illumination did not significantly affect the conidial germination.
