基于挤压建模的双螺杆磨浆机可靠性设计

摘要 目前双螺杆磨浆机的设计主要是依据经验和类比方法,无法计算螺杆扭矩、轴力和磨浆机功耗等重要参数。本文在双螺杆磨浆机挤压建模的基础上,讨论了料塞剪切强度、摩擦系数的测量和确定方法,通过实例阐明挤压模型在双螺杆磨浆机设计中的应用。螺杆轴力、扭矩、磨浆机功耗和流量的计算提高了双螺杆磨浆机设计的可靠性,对于磨浆机螺杆参数优化设计具有重要的意义。 At present design of twin screw pulping extruder (TSPE) is primarily based on experiences and analogism,and some important parameters such as the screw torque,axial force and power consumption can not be calculated yet.Based on the extrusion modeling of the TSPE,measurement and confirmation of shearing strength of the material plug,coefficient of friction of the material plug and steel were discussed in the paper,and calculation and application of the extruding model in the TSPE design were explained by case studies.The calculation of the screw torque,axial force,power consumption and flux of the TSPE has enhanced design reliability of the TSPE,and it is significant for optimum design of the screw parameters of the TSPE.
