摘要
从化学组成和纤维形态方面对取自廊坊地区5年生欧美杨107、欧美杨108、2025和6年生中林46进行了对比分析,并筛选出制浆造纸适性较好的2025和中林46进行制浆性能研究,结果表明:(1)2025的纤维素含量高,木素含量低,是制浆造纸的优质原料;(2)2025和中林46的纤维长度均超过了1mm,且纤维长宽比超过50,制浆造纸适性较其它两种欧美杨品系好;(3)采用烧碱-AQ法蒸煮和D1ED2P漂白,结果表明2025蒸煮更充分且可漂性更好;(4)根据2025和中林46烧碱-AQ法浆在不同打浆度下手抄片的各项物理性能推断其最佳打浆度分别在46°SR左右和39°SR左右。
The chemical components and the fiber morphology of five-year Populus euramericana 107,Populus euramericana 108,2025 and six-year Zhonglin 46 from Langfang region were compared and analyzed.And then 2025 and Zhonglin 46,which are better in pulp and paper making,were chosen to cook and bleach.The results of the test indicate that the content of cellulose of 2025 is higher than others tested,and it has smaller lignin content,which is a good material of pulp and paper making;the average fiber length of 2025 and Zhonglin 46 are above 1mm,and the ratio of length to width of 2025 and Zhonglin 46 are more than 50,showing that the adaptivity of 2025 and Zhonglin 46 are better than the other 2 Populus euramericana in pulp and papermaking;2025 pulp is better than Zhonglin 46 pulp in Soda-AQ cooking and D1ED2P bleaching;experimental results show that the best beating degree of 2025 and Zhonglin 46 Soda-AQ pulp are about 46°SR and 39°SR by the strength index of the sheet pulp.
