Sudan is abundant in petroleum resources.In order to develop its petroleum resources,Sudan has offered a series of favored polices to encourage petroleum investment,which provides an opportunity of making the petroleum cooperation between China and Sudan.Sudan is one of earliest destinations for China′s overseas oil exploitation.After more than ten years of sustained efforts,China has formed a complete chain of petroleum industry,including production,refining,transportation and marketing.As a successful modal for China to implement the ＂going overseas＂ strategy in Africa,the cooperation provides several million tons of equity oil for China every year.At the same time,Petroleum cooperation between China and Sudan greatly promotes the economic development of Sudan.
