摘要
通过实验方法对CH4/空气预混火焰在有不同立体结构障碍物的卧式燃烧圆管内的传播进行了研究。采用压力传感器和火焰测速仪等实验设备获得火焰速度变化以及压力变化曲线。选用三种立体结构障碍物,分别为长方体、三棱柱、圆柱。结果表明在相同阻塞比下,三棱柱对增加火焰传播速度和超压相对较大,长方体居中,圆柱影响相对有限。研究结果对于预防和控制矿井瓦斯和其它可燃气体爆炸灾害,有一定的借鉴作用。
Experimental investigations were performed on the CH4/air mixture premixed flame propagation in a horizontal circular tube with the different solid structure obstacles mounted at the bottom. The pressure transducer and flame tachometer were adopted to gain the pressure history on the backside of the obstacle. There were three obstacles: cuboids, triple and cylinders with blockage ratio of 20 %. To the same blockage ratios, results show triple prisms increase flame speed and overpressure much larger; cuboids are intermediate; effects of cylinders are comparatively limited. The results are expected to have some help on preventing and controlling methane explosive in mine and other flammable gases.
