摘要
鞣质有多方面的生理活性和药理作用。现代药理学研究表明,鞣质具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤及降血糖、降血脂等作用。对目前国内关于鞣质生理活性的研究进展进行了综述,旨在为更好地开发利用鞣质提供参考。
Tannins have lots of physiological activities and pharmacological effects.Modern pharmacology has demonstrated that tannins have resistive effects of oxidize and germ and viruses and tumor,as well as reduce the blood sugar and cut down the blood lipid.Progress in the study on the physiological activities of tannins in China is reviewed to provide reference for the exploitation and make use of tannins.
