Model HSS-150 slip high-pressure packing tool for horizontal wells

为了有效延长疏松砂岩稠油油藏、高泥质和粉细砂岩油藏水平井开采防砂有效期,并实现良好的综合防砂效果,研制开发了HSS-150水平井卡瓦式高压充填工具。该工具主要由解封装置、丢手装置、卡瓦锚定机构、密封机构、反洗机构、填砂装置以及开关机构等7大部分组成,其留井通径达98mm,热采密封元件耐温350℃,卡瓦悬挂力720kN。室内和现场试验表明,该工具坐封压力、密封能力及悬挂能力等各项指标均达到或超过设计要求,可满足水平井常规开采及热采井高压充填的需求。

To lengthen the valid period of production and sand control effectively in horizontal wells in oil reservoirs of loose sand,high shaliness and silt-fine stone and to achieve a good comprehensive effect of sand control,Model HSS-150 slip high-pressure packing tool for the horizontal well was developed.The tool mainly consisted of unsetting mechanism,reversing-releasing mechanism,slip anchor mechanism,pack-off mechanism,backwashing mechanism,packing device and switching mechanism.The letting-in drift diameter was 98 mm,the temperature tolerance of the thermal recovery component was greater than 350 ℃ and the suspension capacity was 720 kN.The laboratory and field experiments indicate that all the indexes of the setting,sealing and suspending capacities of the tool reached or went beyond the design requirement,therefore the tool can satisfy the requirement of normal recovery of horizontal wells and high-pressure packing of thermal recovery wells.
