摘要
为了满足斜直井的钻井需要,研制了DQ-40LHTY-X斜直井顶驱装置。该顶驱与ZJ20DBX斜直井钻机配套使用,主要由机械传动部分、液压辅助系统及电气控制系统等部分组成,具有顶驱一体化分体游车、滚轮承载机构、上置式钻井液截止阀、液压马达制动回转机构、倾斜扶正固定装置及浮动缓冲装置等设计特色。厂内试验表明,该顶驱达到了最初的设计要求。
To meet the needs of slant hole drilling,Model DQ-40LHTY-X top drive drilling system for slant holes was developed.It mainly consists of mechanical transmission,hydraulic backup system and electric control system.The design features of the system are introduced,and the indoor test result is analyzed.The design requirements are satisfied and the system can be used on Model ZJ20DBX slant hole drilling rig.
