复产井防砂卡新工艺技术分析与应用

摘要 针对油井出砂造成卡泵或砂埋油层等制约区块开发效果等问题,研究应用了油井防砂卡分段举升工艺。该工艺通过在井下使用若干杆式举液器而无需抽油泵来完成举升过程,在整个流程中,若干个均匀分布的举液器相当于柱塞,整体油管相当于泵筒,在抽油机上下运行过程中,带动抽油杆联动举液器工作。此项工艺技术解决了大港油田第一采油厂出砂井复产的难题,其中有8口长停井得以恢复,有效率达100%。平均恢复单井日产液32.1m3,日产油3.0t,至2010年4月底累计增油2848t。 In light of the problem that the pump-sticking and sand-burying caused by sand production in oil wells affect the development effect of blocks,the staged section lifting technology for preventing sand plug in oil wells was studied and applied.The technology completed the lifting process by using some rod-type liquid lifters instead of oil well pump.In the entire process some evenly distributed lifters were equivalent to plungers and the whole tubing was equivalent to the pump barrel.In its upward and downward movement,the pumping unit was driven to work together with the lifter.The technology solved the problem of sand production wells' reproduction in No.1 Oil Production Plant in Dagang Oilfield.The production cycle was lengthened noticeably and the operating costs were reduced,with an oil production growth of 2,848 tons.The application of the technology in several wells in Dagang Oilfield indicates that it greatly improved the pump efficiency and can reduce the electricity consumption of the pumping unit.
