谈判主观价值问卷的修订及信效度检验 被引量:2

摘要 本研究引进谈判主观价值问卷(SVI),首次在国内加以修订。对该问卷所有项目进行翻译、修改,并采用两人组分配式模拟谈判情境,对问卷进行了项目分析、信度分析、聚合与辨别效度分析。分配与整合式模拟谈判的结果均验证了该问卷的三因子结构。本研究表明中文版谈判主观价值问卷具有良好的信度、效度,是谈判社会心理结果的有效测量工具。 The current study revised the subjective value inventory(SVI).Firstly,we translated,modified,and altered all of the 16 items of SVI;then we conducted item analysis,reliability analysis,convergent validity analysis,and discriminate analysis by setting simulated negotiation situation.The results from distributive and integrative negotiation verified the three-factor structure of the SVI.The current study suggested the reliability and validity of Chinese version of SVI were good,and the inventory is an effective tool for measuring social psychological outcomes of negotiation.
