变革型和交易型领导力研究的归纳与评价 被引量:7

摘要 变革型领导力具有强适应性,高可塑性,强灵活性等特点,它能够使团队及企业在快速变化,具有高不确定性的经济环境中更高效地生存与发展。虽然变革型-交易型领导力的研究已经开展了20多年,但在概念,结构,研究方法,研究方向各方面都存在一定的局限性和有待发展的空间。本文对变革型领导力的相关定义提出了质疑,并对当前研究领域进行归纳,并分别对其意义和局限性进行评价。
