摘要
针对铅锌选矿企业的生产状况,提出了铅锌选矿厂在环境影响评价中应重点关注的问题,即环境影响评价应重点就尾矿库的选址及建设、尾矿废水回用措施及尾矿事故池的建设、尾矿库风险评价及风险防范措施、生态保护措施等内容进行评价,以确保尾矿库的安全。
Based on the current production conditions of lead-zinc concentrators, this paper discusses some issues of concern in the environmental impact assessment of lead-zinc concentrators, focusing on the evaluation of the location of tailing dam, the construction of tailing dam, the risk assessment of tailing pond, the water reuse measures of tailings, the construction of accident pool, ecological protection, etc.
