The Features, Issues and Countermeasures of College Student Voluntary Organization and Voluntary Operation

我国的青年志愿者行动,已经得到广大青年的积极参与。大学生拥有专业知识技能和较高文化素质,逐渐成为青年志愿者中的主体力量。大学生志愿者组织有着不同于其他志愿者组织的特征,同时也存在一些问题。本文通过对中国人民大学志愿者组织及志愿活动进行调查,展示大学生志愿者组织的发展现状、自身特点,并针对其中存在的问题提出相关建议。

The youth voluntary operation in china has achieved active participation from large-scale young people. With professional knowledge, skills and a high cultural quality, college students have become the main force in the young volunteers. College student voluntary organizations have some features different from other voluntary organizations, there are also some problems. In this paper, the survey about voluntary organizations and voluntary activities of Renmin University of China, will show the development of college student voluntary organization, its own features, and some relevant recommendations against the problems.
