咽炎含片中黄芩的TLC鉴别及黄芩苷的含量测定

IDENTIFICATION OF BAICAL SKULLCAP ROOT AND DETERMINATION OF THE CONTENT OF BAICALIN IN PHARYNGITIS BUCCAL TABLETS

目的:薄层鉴别咽炎含片中黄芩药材,并测定有效成分黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用TLC和HPLC法。结果:鉴别方法简便、迅速,所测咽炎含片中黄芩苷的线性关系良好,其线性范围为0.0556～0.278μg(r=0.9999),回收率为101.59%;RSD为1.36%。结论:建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好、可有效的控制咽炎含片的质量。

Objective：To identify baical skullcap root and determine the content of baicalin in pharyngitis buccal tablets.Methods：TLC and HPLC method were used for identification and quantitative analysis,respectively.Results：TLC was simple and rapid method for identification.HPLC assay was linear in the range of 0.0556～0.278μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 101.59% with RSD of 1.36%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used for quality control of pharyngitis buccal tablets.
