用人单位对护理毕业生职业道德需求的调查分析

INVESTIGATION OF REGUIREMENT OF EMPLOYING UNIT FOR PROFESSIONAL ETHICS TO NURSING GRADUATE

目的:了解用人单位对护理毕业生职业道德的需求,为《护理伦理学》课程教学改革提供理论依据,以便增强护理毕业生的就业竞争力。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,分别抽取四川省的市、县、乡镇级医院各6所,每所医院从行政管理、医技科室、临床科室、手术室等4个部门随机抽取20人(乡镇医院为5人),共1028人,用自制问卷进行问卷调查;内容包括护士应扮演的角色、护士的职责、护士应具备的能力、护士应具备的素质四个方面。结果:共发放问卷1080份,回收1028份,回收有效率95.2%。87.26%的人认为护士作为护理服务者角色很重要;70.43%的人认为护士作为健康咨询与健康教育者角色重要。77.24%的人认为护士承担基础或专科服务护理服务职责很重要;86.28%的人认为护士参与康复、精神卫生、慢性病防治与管理、营养指导工作的职责重要。70.72%的人认为护士实际操作能力很重要;75.97%的人认为护士健康咨询与健康教育能力重要。68.68%的人认为护士丰富的护理知识经验及能力很重要;75.19%的人认为护士良好的职业道德及其服务态度很重要。结论:在今后的《护理伦理学》教学中加强健康咨询与健康教育,康复、精神卫生、慢性病防治与管理、营养指导,职业道德及其服务态度等内容的教学。

Objective：To study the reguirement of employing unit for professional ethics to nursing graduate,so as to provide theoretical basis for educational reform of nursing ethics and enhance employment competitive power.Methods：1028 workers from various hospitals of different levels,were surveyed by questionnaire including the role,duty,ability and quality of nurse.Results：Majority of people think it is very important for the nurse to play a role of nursing server,health consultant and educator.The nurse should have abundant nursing knowledge,ability,good professional ethics and service attitude in to customers.Conclusion：In the future,we should strengthen teaching content such as health consult and education,rehabilitation,chronic disease prevention and care,nutrition guiding,professional ethics and service attitude in course of nursing ethics.
