论村民自主提供公共产品的实践逻辑——基于某地区乡村修路活动过程事件分析

On the Practice Logic of Providing Public Goods Independently by Villager——Based on the Analysis of a Certain Regional Rural Road-works

该文以江苏某村修路事件为个案,采用和借鉴"过程—事件分析方法",关注、描述、分析事件及其过程,对其中的逻辑进行动态的解释;同时,以参与观察和非结构访谈的方式,发掘乡村精英入主村务的可能性,和村民在日常生活中对家族、村落等传统因素的认知,以及这些传统因素及舆论对村民造成的群体压力的程度。最后,通过深入探讨村民群体性活动中的个体行为逻辑和心理反应,并从可能性及制约因素角度简要概括该地区村民自主提供公共产品的实践逻辑。

This paper takes a village road-works incident in Jiangsu as a case,uses the method of processevent,make a dynamic interpretation to the event logic through the concern,description,analysis of the process.Meanwhile,by the participant observation and unstructured interviews,explore the possibility of rural elite become owner of village＇s administrative affairs,and the villagers＇cognition on the family,village and other traditional factors in their daily life,as well as the extent of group pressure on the villagers caused by such traditional factors and the public opinion.Finally,studies the logic of individual acts and psychological reaction in villagers＇group activities,and summarizes briefly the practice logic of providing public goods independently in this region by villager from the perspective of possibilities and constraints.
