近年来,非营利组织和社会工作专业教育在中国都得到快速发展。非营利组织是云南重要的社会服务力量,也是社会工作实施的重要载体。该文探讨云南社会工作专业教育与非营利组织之间合作的空间与张力,以探索推动社会工作专业教育与非营利组织发展的共赢之道。

In recent years,both NPOs and social work professional education have been developed rapidly in China.NPOs are not only significant force of social service in Yunnan Province,but also important carrier of social work practice.The paper studies on the possibility of NPOs＇cooperating with social work professional education in Yunnan Province,analyzes the tension in their interaction,so as to explore avenues to their joint development.
