摘要
研究了Al2O3陶瓷注射成型所汲及的注射和脱脂工艺,探讨了注射参数对注射坯体质量的影响.根据喂料DTA/TG曲线制定了合理的热脱脂制度,注射坯体经热脱脂和烧结后得到结构致密的陶瓷试样.
This paper studies the paraffin-polyolefin binder system related to ceramic injection molding,and discusses the influences of injection parameters on qualities of injection body.The procedure of thermal debinding is designed according to DTA/TG curves,and the ceramic sample with compact structure is obtained through thermal debinding and sintering.
