摘要
建立了分光光度法测定β-环糊精的新方法。最大吸收波长在506 nm处,β-环糊精定量测定的线形范围是0~35μg/50 mL,表现摩尔吸光系数达1.95×104L·mol-1·cm-1,与苯酚-硫酸法比较,结果令人满意。
Based on β-CD have the proper-ties of forming inclusion complexes with methly orange,a new method has been developed for determination of CD by decoloration with methly orange in acidic medium.Result shows: the maximum absorbance is at 506nm,with apparent molar absorption of 1.95×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1.The beer,s law is obeyed in the range of 0~35 μg/50 mL.The results are satisfactory contrast with the method of Phenol-Sulfuric method Found.
