Spectrophotometric determination ofβ-CD by decoloration of methyl orange

建立了分光光度法测定β-环糊精的新方法。最大吸收波长在506 nm处,β-环糊精定量测定的线形范围是0～35μg/50 mL,表现摩尔吸光系数达1.95×104L·mol-1·cm-1,与苯酚-硫酸法比较,结果令人满意。

Based on β-CD have the proper-ties of forming inclusion complexes with methly orange,a new method has been developed for determination of CD by decoloration with methly orange in acidic medium.Result shows： the maximum absorbance is at 506nm,with apparent molar absorption of 1.95×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1.The beer,s law is obeyed in the range of 0～35 μg/50 mL.The results are satisfactory contrast with the method of Phenol-Sulfuric method Found.
